The news is getting heavy this week, so I’m taking a little time out for some Thursday Doors in San Francisco. Thursday Doors is a weekly feature allowing door lovers to come together to admire and share their favorite door photos from around the world, run by Norm 2.0. Join in any time!
Even though I live in the Bay Area I don’t get to San Francisco very often. It is still more legend in my mind than reality. People around here call it “the city,” which I think is kinda funny given that San Jose is also a city and is much closer. Even Mountain View, where I live, is a city.
The wreaths are coming down now, but they still look nice against the red church door:
We found an interesting-looking German restaurant (but we ate Thai):
And this was not an official Painted Lady, but I think it could be:
More San Francisco doors at Lombard Street and the Painted Ladies.
And view Pier 39 through other Prisma filters here.
They have such lovely color combinations, don’t they?

Beautiful 🙂
Yes the wreaths are coming down here too, but we still have a few die-hard neighbors who won’t give up yet on their outdoor Christmas lights 😦
